Nonexclusive Beats:
Beats that are sold nonexclusively will sell from 20 to 50 US dollars. These rights allow you to use the beats in any nonprofit production. IE: demo CDs, internet tracks (myspace, soundclick, etc), mixtape tracks. You can later upgrade your nonexclusive rights to exclusive rights if you are planning on using it exclusively (details below).

Exclusive Rights:
Beats that are sold exclusively will range in price. They start at 100 US dollars. Sampled exclusive beats will sell cheaper because the Artist will be responsible for sample clearance as they now own complete rights to the beat. Exclusive rights allow you to use the beat in any production. IE: Album track, Movie/TV soundtracks. Prices can be negotiated.

Custom Beats:
I will also make custom beats on request, but only if you plan on purchasing exclusively. Custom beat prices will vary. I can make custom beats through samples provided by you or if you request a specific style, tempo, etc. Please contact me if you want a custom beat.

Service and Support:
For all purchased beats I can adjust the number and lengths of all parts of the beat (intro, choruses, verses, etc) for no extra cost. For exclusive purchases, I can track out the beat so each instrument/sound is in its own WAV file so you can further mix it at no extra cost.

Recording:
If you are in the Libertyville/North Chicagoland area and you would like to record, I charge 10$/hour for vocal recordings, and 15$/hour for multi-track band recordings. Please contact me for inquiries.
